By using AJB Score you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

AJB Score provides tools for organising pool competitions and leagues. It is provided as is, and while we work hard to keep it available and accurate we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your sign-in or a match PIN except as needed to score that match, and tell your organisation's administrator if you think someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to enter false results, harass other users, attempt to access data belonging to another organisation, interfere with the service or use automated tools to scrape it.

Content you add

Names, results and documents you or your organisation add remain yours. You allow us to store and display them to the people your organisation chooses so the service can work.

Organisations

Each club or league decides who can join, what roles members have and what is public. The organisation is responsible for its members' personal data, as described in the Privacy & data policy.

Advertising

Some sites display advertising served by third parties such as Google. Those third parties may use cookies as described in their own policies, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
