Everything below is built into AJB Score. There is nothing to install: it works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
Competitions
Create knockout competitions, where losers drop out and a bracket narrows to a winner, or round-robin competitions, where everyone plays everyone and a table decides the result. Entrants are drawn automatically, byes are handled for you and the bracket updates as results come in. Organisers can publish a public draw page so spectators can follow along without an account.
Leagues and teams
Set up a league with teams, let the system generate the full fixture list, and keep a live league table. Team captains can manage their squad and nominate who plays each fixture. Administrators can resolve disputed results from a single list.
Live match scoring
Each match can be scored on a tablet or phone at the table. A referee or player signs in with a short match PIN – no account needed – and taps the score as frames are won. Both players see the result immediately and the competition updates itself.
Streaming overlays
Broadcast your matches with a professional look. AJB Score provides a scoreboard overlay that streaming software such as OBS can display, and an OBS integration service that can start and stop streams and switch scenes automatically as matches begin and end.
Calendar and venue events
A shared calendar shows fixtures and club events. Members can propose events at a venue, and the people who manage that venue are notified to approve them. Venues can be shared between organisations so a hall or pub that hosts several leagues keeps one diary.
Player profiles and statistics
Every player has a profile with their results and statistics. Players can be linked to their sign-in, so when they log in they land on their own dashboard showing upcoming fixtures and recent form.
Notifications
Turn on push notifications from your profile to be told when something needs your attention, without checking the site. Notifications work on Android and desktop browsers, and on iPhones once the site is added to the Home Screen.
Documents
Publish rules, constitutions and policies as versioned documents. Members can be asked to read and accept a new version, and a public link lets you share a document with people outside the organisation.
Shop and orders
Venues that sell refreshments or entry can set up products and take orders, so money handling at tournaments is tracked rather than scribbled on a notepad.
Roles and permissions
Administrators decide what each role can do. A league secretary can manage fixtures, a venue manager can approve events, and ordinary members see only what concerns them.
Secure sign-in
Sign in with your Google or Facebook account – no new password to remember – or with a username and password if your organisation prefers. New members can be held for approval until an administrator confirms them.
