About AJB Score
AJB Score is a web application that takes the paperwork out of running pool. Clubs, leagues and venues use it to organise competitions, record match results, keep the league table honest and let players see where and when they play next.
Why it exists
Amateur pool runs on goodwill. Somebody, usually one volunteer, draws the fixtures, chases results by text message, adds up the league table on a spreadsheet and answers the same "who am I playing on Thursday?" question forty times a season. Results get lost, scores get disputed and the secretary burns out.
AJB Score was built to give that volunteer their evenings back. Fixtures are generated automatically, players and captains enter results themselves, tables update as results arrive, and everyone can look up the schedule from their phone.

Pool leagues
Multi-team leagues with generated fixture lists, captains who nominate their lineups and an automatically maintained table.
Clubs and pubs
Run knockout and round-robin competitions, keep a calendar of club events and manage the tables in your venue.
Tournament organisers
Draw brackets, assign matches to tables, score on a tablet by the table and stream results live.
How organisations are kept separate
AJB Score is multi-tenant: every club or league is its own organisation with its own players, competitions, settings and administrators. Nothing is shared between organisations unless both choose to share it, for example a venue that hosts several leagues. That is why most of the application sits behind a sign-in – it contains the private membership and results data of the organisation that uses it.
What is public
The information pages on this site (about, features, guides, FAQ, contact and terms) are public and need no account. Organisations can also publish competition draws, scoreboard overlays for live streams and their own documents publicly. Everything else is for signed-in members.
